En 2024, un nouveau p\u00f4le commercial s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du Parc d\u2019affaires de la 55 o\u00f9 Le Groupe Laroche<\/em>, qui s\u2019\u00e9tait port\u00e9 acqu\u00e9reur d\u2019une superficie d\u2019environ 315 000 pieds carr\u00e9s, a construit pour plus de 70 000 pieds carr\u00e9s de b\u00e2timent commerciaux.<\/p>

La section commerciale du parc comprend plus de 400 000 pieds carr\u00e9s de terrains de qualit\u00e9 et offre tous les services municipaux et publics.
